I have developed a proven process that gets into the mind of any customer. I use a modified version of the Jobs To Be Done framework to deeply understand your prospects and customers, plus what really keeps them up at night.

Which package is right for me?

You need to consider the complexity of your sales process. If you operate a particularly complex sales process, you may need to build more than one buyer persona. Ideally, you need to create a buyer persona for each type of stakeholder involved in the buying process.

Generally speaking, you need no more than three for each market segment you target. If you need more than three, purchase the top package and then we can explore your specific case during our project kick-off call.

What is your process for developing buyer personas?
  • We start the project with an initial scope-out call, where we discuss your goals for the project in the context of your business objectives.
  • After the scope out call, you provide the contact details of the customers you’d like us to interview in confidence.
  • We schedule and conduct interviews with the selected customers. All interviews are recorded.
  • Once the interviews are complete, we transcribe them so that the data can be organised, analysed and summarised.
  • We then build the persona(s) based on the data gathered during the interview process.
Is 10 interviews per persona enough?

What I’m looking for during my research is a pattern of predictable responses from interviewees. I will continue to interview your clients until I start seeing patterns emerge.

From experience, I’ve found that 10 interviews is sufficient to develop an accurate representation of each persona.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

My buyers are consumers, can you help me?

Consumer market research projects are typically much more research-intensive, but please do get in touch if you’d like to discuss how I could help you develop personas for your target buyers. I would need to conduct more interviews to gain a better understanding of the target consumer, their lifestyle and what’s important to them.

How long will the project take?

There are a number of variables, including the number of interviews I need to conduct, the availability of your clients and ease of getting hold of them. Providing everything moves along smoothly, the project will take no more than 2-6 weeks, depending on the number of personas required.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with the direction of the project after our initial call, simply email us and we will offer a full, no-questions-asked refund. Once the research work has begun, we offer partial refunds. The amount will be determined based on the current status of the project and the work that has been completed.

What if I am unhappy with the buyer personas you deliver?

Our goal is to help your business to achieve its goals while delivering excellent customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the personas we’ve developed, we’ll work with you to meet your standards. Please remember that the personas are based on interviews we’ve conducted with the customers you selected. We conduct the research independently in order to get the most accurate reflection of your customers. Remember, this process is about your customers and who they are, so that you can better focus your marketing efforts on their needs.

What do your finished buyer personas look like?

We use a template, which covers all of the major factors that should influence your marketing. These include: typical roles, demographics, personality insight, as well as their goals, challenges, needs and more. This template will be tailored to your requirements based on the output of the interviews we conduct, which are unique to your customers.
